At Km’s Studio we work on cold petrification processes for Architecture and Contemporary Art. In the following video, you can see an example of petrified earth according to the silicification process. In the example, two types of soil from Toledo (Sp), while the white piece has been made with common salt, with hemp joint also petrified. Each piece has a size of 4.5 x 8 x 12.5 cm to create an exterior quality mineral lattice pattern.

The light through the walls. Translucent pieces made with local soil or with traditional mixtures. Manufactured with adequate quality inside a house or submerged in water outdoors.
